Shipping Policy

All banners are made to order.

We aim to design and create your custom orders within 15 working days, APPROX 3 WEEKS (not including shipping, see below).

Once orders are processed, they will be sent via An post in Ireland or Royal Mail for UK, which usually take another 3-5 working days.

Please leave yourself enough time to create your bespoke banner, as well as shipment time. If you have an event coming up very soon,

Our shipping rate is €3.95 to Ireland, Northern Ireland + UK.

Tracked Postage is €6.50.

Refund & Returns Policy

As orders are all personalised, we do not accept returns. Please contact me if:
- Your order is not as described
- You are not satisfied with your order
- Your order is damaged
We will be able to help you with any queries about your order you may have.
